make a listing
A listing can be made on Cosycaravan in 6 simple steps,.
1) Description
This screen requires your advert title, caravan location and description. Use the description box to really sell your caravan, what makes yours unique, what is good about its location or price.
2) Price
The next screen set your price per night, this is an amount you enter per night allowing seasonal prices dependant on demand.
The booking view your lodgers see will restrict them to Monday – Monday, Friday – Monday, Monday – Friday and Friday – Friday durations as demonstrated below (you can accept other durations via a customer query).
3) Media
The next screen allows you to upload your images, double click an upload image to set it as featured (this becomes your main picture for previews and tile display). A featured picture can be identified by the star on the top right corner.
4) Details
The 4th page allows you to specify the following details
- Number of rooms
- Number of sleeps aka guests
- Check-in from
- Check-out by
- Dogs Welcome (yes/No)
- Refundable Deposit (optional)
The sleeping arrangements will look like the following on your submitted listing, it is a nice feature to have.
5) Amenities and Features
This page uses simple check boxes to select the features that apply for your listing, ensure No smoking and No Groups is selected if you want to prevent these activities.

6) Restrict days your caravan can be booked
Use this 6th and final page to block days you don’t want your caravan to be booked. This is useful to stop people booking your caravan when for example the park is closed, or you wish to use it yourself, or you have hired it out via other means.
Finish
That is it, your listing now live! You are now taken to the listing page where you can view your listing. If you wish to amend any of the details you can edit your listing by clicking the edit button.
Ensure payment is made within 14 days for a continued listing, this is done safely and securely via PayPal, optionally after payment is made you can promote your listing to a featured listing which provides prominent placement across the site.
